Advanced Property Auctions runs an online method of auction called the “modern” or “conditional auction method”.
It’s a modern method of selling properties that enables properties to be sold quickly and easily at realistic prices. Once a property has been accepted for auction and entered onto the system the property is promoted and bids can be placed at any time of the day or night and on any day of the week. Our site is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.
Most of the properties that are sold on the site are domestic properties where the owners are looking to achieve a quick sale and have realistic expectations about the value and price for their property.
There are circumstances in life where the FAST sale of a property is required or is desirable. In many cases properties sold on our site are completed within 28 days. Properties can be placed onto the site without the payment of upfront fees and for the vendor the service is FREE TO SELL. Upon the acceptance of an offer the buyer must place a non-refundable reservation fee to reserve the property. The buyer is then given 28 days to exchange contracts and a further 28 days to complete the purchase. All properties are advertised with a ‘Starting Bid’ and we agree a confidential ‘Reserve Price’ with the vendor meaning that the property cannot be sold below this price.
